Vegan Athlete of the Day: Alex Morgan

​She is a forward for Orlando Pride in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) and the United States national team. Alex has co-captained the national team with Carli Lloyd and Megan Rapinoe since 2018 and has remained one of the best women’s soccer players not only in the United States but the world.  She is becoming the face of women’s soccer in the US.  She has credited her success on the field to a vegan diet and has also said eating a plant-based diet improved her energy during practice and games.  Her accomplishments can be found below.
