if there was vegan specific menu and with a big smile the waiter said "Yes! ill be right back". I am sure it is a huge relief for them and it saves everyone time and effort to sort through every other item that is vegan or can be made vegan upon request. How long will it be before more restaurants start to produce there own vegan menu or at least have a dedicated section to vegan dishes on the main menu? With the countless number of high quality restaurants out there that cater to all diets it is the little things that go along way.
